BUS MINISTRY - Page 2

 Yet, the souls of men, women and children hung in the balance - buses running in Nashua would allow many to hear the Gospel for the first time.  That fact settled it ...  we were going into the bus ministry! Philippians 4:13 became our foundation block and expectations of success, Jude 1:22 our reasoning (compassion) and Luke 14:21-23 our marching orders. Our young church fully embraced the vision and the Lord’s leading. We were united; we were excited and we were ready to meet the new challenges a bus ministry would bring.

We quickly purchased a 15-passenger van and our people were challenged from the pulpit to “bring ’em in” and bring them in they did!  It was not long before the van was filled and we were running not one but two van trips each Sunday morning.  Our continual growth led us to lease a 66-passenger bus and driver each Sunday morning and with God blessing, filled it with people of all ages each Sunday morning.  We then purchased our first, second, third, and now tenth 66/72-passenger bus for our growing ministry. Operating bus routes in Nashua and Manchester, NH along with Lowell MA, allows our church to now run one of the largest bus ministries in all of New England.  Praise God!  Little is much when God is in it!

We pick up children, individuals, entire families and church members with our buses.  Our bus teams visit  on Saturdays trying to win souls to Christ and fill up our buses.  Bus team members must have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian before an underage child can ride our church buses. Once the children enter our bus, their bus number is marked on their hands with a washable marker to designate which bus they ride.
